CaribbeanTales Youth Film Festival and TIFF join forces to celebrate Black History Month with a fundraising Gala recognizing 50 years of independence for Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago, and two screenings of Storm Saulter’s award-winning film BETTER MUS COME.

The events are part of TIFF’s Black History Month Screening Series entitled “Music, Magic, Clash: New Voices in the African Diaspora”.

The celebration kicks off with a VIP Gala & Award Ceremony on February 4th at noon. Join us for a scrumptious Caribbean brunch. Then join TIFF’s Cameron Bailey for the Canadian premiere of BETTER MUS COME at 2:00pm, followed by a talk back with filmmaker Storm Saulter.

On February 5th Cameron Bailey will host a Youth and Community Screening of Better Mus Come.

Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to see one of Jamaica’s most exciting new films.
